By purchasing, using, or accessing Fabforge 3D printers, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.Use of Product
Compliance with Laws
User agrees to use the Product in compliance with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws and regulations.Prohibited Uses
The Product must not be used for illegal purposes, including but not limited to the creation of weapons, illegal drugs, counterfeit goods, or any items that infringe on intellectual property rights.Responsible Use
User is responsible for the safe and appropriate use of the Product. This includes following all safety instructions and guidelines provided by Fabforge.Warranty and Liability
Limited Warranty
Fabforge warrants that the Product will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 12months from the date of purchase. This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, abuse, accidents, unauthorized modifications, or repairs.Disclaimer of Warranties
Except as expressly provided in this limited warranty, Fabforge disclaims all other warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Fabforge shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (A) Your use or inability to use the Product; (B) Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein; (C) Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the Product; (D) Any bugs, viruses, trojan horses, or the like that may be transmitted to or through our Product by any third party; (E) Any errors or omissions in any content or for any loss or damage incurred as a result of your use of any content posted, emailed, transmitted, or otherwise made available through the Product; and/or (F) The defamatory, offensive, or illegal conduct of any third party. In no event shall Fabforge’s aggregate liability for all claims relating to the Product exceed the amount paid by you to Fabforge for the ProductIntellectual Property
Ownership
All intellectual property rights in the Product, including but not limited to patents, trademarks, and copyrights, are owned by Fabforge.License to Use
Fabforge grants User a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Product for its intended purpose in accordance with these Terms.Modifications to Terms
Fabforge reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the Fabforge website. User’s continued use of the Product following the posting of revised Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes.Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law principles.Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved through good faith negotiations. If such negotiations fail, the disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Coimbatore Jurisdiction only.Warranty Void
The warranty shall be void if: A. The Products are not used or maintained in accordance with the Company's instructions. B. The Products are altered, modified, or repaired by anyone other than an authorized representative of the Company. C. The Products are subject to misuse, abuse, negligence, or accident. D. The Products are used in any manner inconsistent with their intended use as described by the Company. E. The Products are damaged due to external causes, including but not limited to, natural disasters, acts of God, or power surges.Contact Information
